The heck with mammal meat, I'll take a nice herb-roasted chicken any time. Takes about five minutes to prep and maybe an hour in the oven.

Me too, John. Simple and yummy. I have to order roast from the butcher here in advance because they feel that the cut of meat is trash and either grind it or use it as stewing meat. :(Originally Posted by n2ize
