    Uh, that would be an 8 pin.
    An 8 pin that utilizes that hard to reach with a soldering iron center pin.
    I believe a 1000 ohm studio mic can be tailored through the menu system to have high and low cut offs as well as mid-range peaking.

    Yes, to all of the above. The center pin is a ground and is not that hard to reach. Menu #14 is TX EQ
