Initially, I didn't realize the first video was a comedy until he went into his "voodoo audio" discussion. Then, I found his second video, which is obviously a comedy, from its title. You have to listen for several minutes into each video before he really gets into his routine. The voice and accent are part of the humor. On some of his serious videos, he uses a normal voice without the country hick-speak.
