There's a pressing need for this type of conveyance here in San Diego.

Great idea. I wonder why some of the best ideas never get put into production? I looked around and they were being made into the 60s, but there's not much after that.

I was looking at that thing and it occured to me that with the right balancing in place, it could easily be amphibious. Those kinds of screws can really move in water, no?
