Nope. Two of them came from deaths in the family. One of them is technically my parents house but is in my name and the other I bought. My wife has two flats in Spain as well. Lets ignore my wife's flats for now. The houses that I own in the US are nothing great. One is a two bedroom one bath on half an acre. It is located in Jamestown PA. Nothing large or fancy but is in good shape. More like a vacation cabin. The others aside from that which is technically my parents are about the same and they all value at about 100k give or take (in this market). However, that is a double edged sword in this market. Will they sell, if they do sell, what will I actually get for them? On the other hand, buying in this market would be nice.
