    Comedian Phyllis Diller Dies at 95

    Just hit the news wire...

    Joan Rivers recently appeared on "Watch What Happens Live" and said, Diller "broke the way for every woman comedian.”

    Last time we shot Diller was in 2011, and she was still sharp as a tack -- cracking jokes and reminiscing about her "protegee" Joan Rivers. She even named her favorite comedian of all time.

    She was a great comedian. I loved her sense of humor and the comedy in her shows. She is missed.

    I like Phyllis Diller I think she was a great person but I never cared much for her as a comedian. However she did have some good comedy from time to time.

    You shot her last year and it took this long for her to die? Then you took pity on her and put her out of her misery, you gave her a mirror and she scared herself to death.

    Seriously, (me?) I wasn't a big fan but I give her credit for being an excellent comedian. Hey, if she could make this grumpy old bastid laugh she was GOOD, not just funny looking.
