Hardly used, just tested it -- works fine. Been sitting in a dry box for 3 years.. Does not have a 12v DC adapter, but not required for use. No manual (though I can print one if you want), no additional cables. Very minor blemish on the top of the front plastic -- the result of a rubber footing from other equipment.

Reason for sale: Cleaning out my storage closet @ my sister's house.
