    Roller inductor

    This is one big-ass roller. Not even sure of the value, to be honest, but I guarantee you'll never burn it up in a ham station. I used it a few years ago as part of a matching network for a Part 15 AM transmitter into a 10' antenna.

    Make an offer. I also have a similar, but slightly smaller inductor (tapped, not a roller) that I will post in a reply.

    BTW yes, it did get "warm" at some point during its life, which is why it was pulled from service in AM broadcast. Polished up it works just fine and at ham power levels is not an issue.

    cat units are not my forte...is that inductor something like 5 inches long (for the winding) and 4 inches diameter ? 22 turns ?

    22 turns, 4" h x 5.5" w
