Thats how i feel about the airplane graveyard in AZ.
In the right hands, with enough money and love, most of those are recoverable and can be brought back to original status. Sadly, it seems the owner is in a weird psychological place and wants to let it turn to dust with him. Thats hoarding on a major level.
