Fun fact about the culinary union here. Its widely known amongst the workers here that ANY racial comment made to anyone on property is dealt with harshly, as it should be...unless you are white and it was directed at you, then your grievance is somehow dismissed. However, if you are white and gay, you're good to go right to the hall with your grievance and will likely win.
