Is Echolink Legal to use for Field Day?

If not, how about a CB to 14.313 Transponder? :)

From the ARRL Official Field Day Rules:

"Any Field Day contacts logged on 14.313 MHz will result in immediate disqualification and in rem confiscation of the submitter's radio equipment."
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.
