Who would have thought there would be two good answers. I never even considered the Carson Sink, especially since im from Southern Nevada.

FYI, Washoe is an old name for Nevada (and the name of a county in the northern part of the state) and the Carson Sink is a marsh east of Reno where the Carson River goes to die.
