I must apologize for my thoughts

Up until Wednesday (5/30/12) every time John N2IZE talked about how pizza cooked with coal was so good, in my mind I called . But this past Wednesday I had a pizza from ANTHONYS COAL FIRED PIZZA and found it to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had. They are all over southern Florida and some around New York and New Jersey (Yankee land). Should you ever have the opportunity to eat at one of them do it. The wings are excellent too.

With that I mentally apologize to you John.

You think that's good? In S. Korea, they've opened up dung fired pizza shops in the big cities. Business has never been better!

You think that's good? In Tijuana, the have refrito-fired pizzerias
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

How do you get chickens to burn? (There's a reason the Navy calls it Bangcrank)

I have yet to find a good Pizza in Spain. I have tried at 12 different pizzerias. Chicago style, NY style, Italian, "Traditional" American, etc..all Pizzerias thus far have been a let down. A) The crust is thin and salty like a cracker, B) The sauce is watery tomato soup. C) The cheese is salty and overpowering, D) Tuna oil does not belong on a Pizza.

Reminds me of some dough I made for pizza. When all was said and done, I called it a pizza cracker.
