I remember seeing that at least 6 months ago - he was closer to $20k the first time I saw it.
I wouldn't mind assembling that over 20 years or so, though :-p

Won't play on the Superbowl so it's of limited value to most.
I wonder what the TimTron would have to say about that arrangement?

When I was a 17 year-old kid, my Elmer (W5ETK -- SK), brought me to a place where he worked, called Continental Electronics. There, I got to see a 2 MegaWatt shortwave transmitter in final test. It was huge! You could open one of the cabinet doors and almost walk into the space that housed the giant final tube. It certainly put out a more potent signal than my little Heathkit DX-60!

Great piece for a museum. I have an RCA BTA-250L
I would love to have that rig for 160 meters. No reason not to. It's quite feasible for AM ops. albeit expensive.

If I removed everything else in my shack, I might fit that all in but then there would be no room left for me.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.
Sigh, I miss the SP-600JX of my youth.
