    Vintage Find

I was doing some cleaning and I made a great vintage find. I found a five pack of original Gilette "Super Silver" stainless settl double edged blades. Never used, in the box and inside the box is the original old style dispenser... the kind where you push the blade out the side by pressing your thumb on the front. All 5 original blades are in the dispenser, never used.

Now, it so happens that I still use these kinds of razors. These days I use Wilkinson Stainless steel double edged blades. I am not going to use the vintage Gillettes, although I could. But I think I'll lket 45 year old vintage blades sit in their original container unused.

Did you check eBay to see what they're worth?

No, not yet. I doubt they are worth all that much, it's more a nostalgia thing. But I'll check because it's good to know.

Now, I wish I can find a pack of genuine Gillette blue blades.

    What is this?

I don;t know but if it's rosewood and made by Gibson Obama will steal it. Seriously, the body and everything looks like my brother's first bass (an Ibanez) except this is a guitar. Judging from the pictures it's in awful bad shape. Pretty scratched and nicked up. Whoever buys it is going to have to spend some money and time restoring it.

The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear
That is the understatement of the year.

They're probably awesome for cutting coke.
