I am currently doing business with BOA. Yeah, of course they are looking out for their bottom line but in the mean time I am profiting. And,if I play my cards right I'll come out ahead.

BOA admitted to committing fraud. This is a legal settlement, it's not about people living beyond their means, it's about people get screwed with their pants on.
BOA fraudulently appraised the homes, perform bait-and-switch loans (From Fixed rate being "sold", to an ARM or Interest Only being executed), among other fraudulent practices.
They are hardly just giving away shite to people who were stupid. They are rectifying their fraud.
With what, a half wave, full wave or a fraud doubler?
