Site Outage -- most of this afternoon (May 6th 2012)

    Stuff was broke.

    I fixed it.

    Cool story. ;)

    Sorry.

Just some networking glitches based on a new addressing scheme imposed by the server provider. Hope everyone took in a game of golf or something. ;P

For what it's worth, they gave me 3 months notice. I just failed to clearly read their instructions. It's my fault, they did everything they could to prevent this problem. Can't fix stupid (me).

I had to actually, you know, do radio stuff. The grandson was here so I got him to help me rehang my 40m wire after one of the support ropes broke.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

Well, the gruntkid is only 11 so he wasn't all that much help but it was good to have a second pair of hands a couple of times. Saved me a few trips up and down the ladder, among other things.

;) My Mom has a really nice ladder dipole.

Catch her on 40 meters weekday mornings.
