That dude has posted exactly twice on "Da Zed". His only other post was in 2003. He needs to get with the program. Elsewhere I posted about a NCS that I thought was QRMing a DX station that was on 14.299. I think (not 100%) this was our NCS. I didn't write the call down, so I am going by my failing memory.
