    Yaesu FT-2500 2M rig

FT-2500, pulled from mobile service, non-smoking environment. Unit is 100% functional, short of a burned out LED light in the display. Has out-of-band modification done by prior owner, and I didn't want to open the panel to re-connect the wire.

The hand mic sticks a bit too.

    Price: $50 + shipping

Good radio, I have had one in my Jeep for the past 13 years or so. Never a bit of trouble.

Damn, if I hadn't bought the FT2800 a year or so ago, I could have saved 50 bucks by buying your 2500. Since it is only being used for APRS in the truck, the display and mic wouldn't have been a issue since it's under the rear seat, anyway. The higher power and rugged construction make it perfect for that application.

That is where I'm at too. If Corey still has it on the 3rd, I'll get it. Might take me another month to get the rest of it, but APRS is the general plan.
