I personally think the guy needs some mental help. Anyone who is already on parole and now gets himself a felony over a misdemeanor because of something so stupid really needs to have his head examined. I mean at least do something worthwhile if your going to get in trouble. Not something so idiotic. The guy must be an imbecile.
