I went and did it today. I bought GRILLZILLA (CharGriller). It is gas, charcoal, smoker, and has an external burner. Can't wait to use it. And not only that, it's fun to put together (weighs about 180 lbs). The 10 thousand screws and bolts actually line up very easy. Good craftsmanship, something that you don't see too much of.

Oddly enough, I kegged the Apfelwein on Saturday, and started another 5 gallon batch. I modified the mix this time. 4 gallons of apple juice and 1 gallon of cranberry juice. I call it Crapfelwein. I'm finally going to give my wife a full ration of crap and she's going to like it.
