Well, cream and sugar go in the ice cream, salt, fat, (salt pork) sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate and sodium erythorbate go in the bacon flavored syrup. I don't WANT to know what the syrup base is made of!
The cherry is pickled in brine containing sulfur dioxide and calcium chloride, then soaked in sugar syrup containing red 40 and "other components".

Funny, but I was curious the other day, too, and looked to see where Kevin was. It showed his position in, what had to be, his living room doing 2 MPH. How the hell he got his 18 wheeler in there is beyond me. Must be one helluva driver.
