    If I had that car I wouldn't hesitate to drive it like that, with or without a license. Put me behind a wheel and I drive as fast as I can wherever I feel like. Speed limits are meaningless to me. There is good reason that I don't have a license anymore.

    Same thing happens on U Tube these days. Cops watch the video and thank the person for distributing their own evidence as they make the arrest.
