Mine is identical to the blue one with the cart.

Took a while to get used to putting food in,and doing nothing at all for up to 12 hours.

2 chimneys of charcoal started in the morning will still be 225 degrees the next morning.

I had the BBQ Guru option installed(essentially a thermostat with fan) and cooking out is about as exciting as using your oven.

Also found a meat temp probe at Lowe's with a remote that will wake me up when my food is ready :)

My dad made ours. We also made a Spit with pit out of fire brick when I was a teen.

I know it looks small,but I was able to cook prime rib for 75 people for new years on it.
It's normal load is much smaller.

Ever hear of using an old refrigerator as a smoker ? My Dad knew a guy from work who was heavy into smoking meats who used old refrigerators. He would strip out all the plastic and electrical stuff and just use the metal shell and frame. The guy swore by them and said other smokers use them as well. In any event he gave us a smoked bacon that he made it was awesome.
