Heard her sing live at Winterland in San Francisco (with the Grateful Dead, believe it or not) back around 1978 or so. She rocked the joint.

All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.
Alas, this was expected. She'd been going downhill for a while.
