So I have this website. which its ok.. anyway bill was due today 1/1/12 so I paid it 12/30/11...
well...
the hosting got paid and updated
but....
they forgot to renew the domain...
fuckers
so I had to contact support. they realised they goofed and sent the renew update. now I get to wait for it to propagate... just a wonderful start to 2012

Meh, had the same thing happen to me two years in a row. Fixed within 30 minutes of opening a ticket.
1st time this has happened to me.
my support ticket was answered and domain renewed in 8mins.
sadly i still can not get to my site but other people say its up.
