    Richmond, Va: Frostfest Feb 4

    The Mid-Atlantic's largest winter hamfest. I have good information that at least a couple of Islanders will be in attendance. Trey, KI4ITV, is usually there, and this year, Mike, KK4AMI, is coming down from Charlottesville!

    We're right smack in the middle of the east coast, so I hope some of you can make the trip! I sure look forward to meeting Mike, and anyone else who shows up!

    The new venue is quite nice ... they spread the event out among several buildings. It's a good sized event for those who've never made it.

    Come on down to Richmond on 2/4/12 ... hell, it's even been known to snow on this one!
    QAnon / GOP Republicans mentally lack the necessary intelligence to even tell a decent lie (Ex: A cabal of Satanic, cannibalistic pedophiles run a global child sex trafficking ring and conspired against former President Dotard dRUMPf during his term in office... Jewish space lasers, etc.). What in the hell makes anyone believe these melon heads can actually govern?

    You are really being optimistic about the Snow. I've been to Frostfest about 5 times and often wonder where they got the term "Frost". If I remember correctly they pushed the date of the Frostfest from Jan to Feb just lookin' for snow. :)

    Would he dare unearth himself and show? Hmmm...

    Found out last night that the play my daughter's in ("Zombie Prom") is running from the 31st through the evening of the 4th. So I suspect that I won't be able to go.
