Here was Laredo, a doublewide machine with the look and feel of a New Hampshire milltown lunch counter at 5:30am, where the high rollers chose packs of ready mades from a rusty wall rack limited to Winston, Marlboro, Salem,Newport, Pall Mall, Luckies and Camels.
