    Holiday gift bargains

If you are looking for a very good priced 12 megapixel camera to give as a gift this year, go check out Dollar General. They have an Emerson 12 megapixel for $25.00. It might be a good cheap gift for some one on your list. The special has not hit the advertisements yet, so there is a good chance they are still in stock. It takes an SD card (not included).

    Anybody got any other bargains?

Only a fool would contrive to pose as a "hurt holy" when the topic is the commercialization of Christmas. It is big bidness for everyone, not least the churches and their idle workshops. I am continually amused when the tub-thumpers blare and bump about removal of creches and all the related tackiness that has become associated with electric jesuses and illumated jackasses.

Scrooge won after all, and the tub-thumpers have yet to figure it out.

Yep. I've learned to pretty much ignore Christmas. All traditions have been blown out of the water and now it's just buy buy buy!

Where is our zaftig little gnome from the North? He should have something thoroughly obnoxious to add by way of thumping his tub. Or has he seen the light? Fallen by the wayside and dropped the scales from his eyes?

Meh, I like Christmas. I like giving stuff to loved ones, and seeing them open it on Christmas day. But, then again, my family is weird: Books are a big gift, as are B&N or Kindle gift cards. Toss in a smattering of art supplies, etc etc.
