    Just set the trim pot and then use the hot glue gun. You'd be done already. My TS850 was "cranked up", and will do about 160 watts on CW, but I NEVER use it that way. Hell, I rarely turn it up higher than 80 watts. What for? It's not enough of a difference. These power mods are pretty silly.

    Use an amplifier for more power. Duh?
