Here we go again typing that which got zapped by the board:
Stopped in Pasco, WA for lunch on the way home from Portland (Pasco is the most Mexican town in the USA in my opinion). Abañil is the latest craze there. It's a meat selection for tacos and burritos along with all the usual choices. It's like a jazzed up Philly cheese steak but with chopped beef rather than paper thin sliced. Plenty good, and yes there is melted white cheese in it with jalapeños, and onions.

Hmmmm....then it IS a mystery.

Sometimes, mostly when I'm at home and "relaxed", I'll "preview" a post but think what I'm previewing is actually the "posted" post. Then can't find it later.
