After all the arson burned down almost all the buildings in parts of the South Bronx in the 70s, Fort Apache became Little House on the Prarie when the Police Precint was the only building standing for blocks. Things are better there now, but better is still a relative word. Dragged my girl from the Bronx. She shudders when she looks back.

The Bronx of today is a wimpified version pof the Bronx of the 1960's and 70's. Back in the 70's this type of thing would have started a war. The old Bronx of the 70's used to kick some ass.
