    Hum thanks for the suggestions guys. My grandma had sleep apnea but that thought never crossed my mind. Ill look into it.

    My XYL, being half-Sicilan, has a tendency to get bossy on occasion. I counter that by saying "Yess, Dear" in a Caspar Milquetoast-type voice. Gets her every time.

    I'm off the oxys except for sleeping. I can get to sleep ok but can't sleep for more than 3/4 hours, then another 20 mins awake before getting another 3 hours.
