    Yard sale find

    Knight Star Roamer receiver from the 60's. The price tag said $10, I offered $5, got it for $7. Life is good.

    I might have to open it up later and have a peek inside. The tuning dial doesn't move and it has a loud AC hum from the speaker. Sounds like might have a bad filter cap in the P/S. But it was a kit so anything is possible.
