    Although I could use the job, there's just no way I'm going to give up San Diego's near-perfect climate for Foggy Bottom.

    I'm sure that this was purely coincidence.

    Just like what happened when 220 - 222 MHz was withdrawn for use by UPS (which they later decided against), and IIRC, one of the Commissioners ended up working for... guess who...

    Rotating door... Happens a lot as of late. In fact, the last election voted in about 7 lobbyist into the House. And, 4 or so left, to go and resume their post at their corporate lobbying outfits.
