    SEASONINGS

I ran across a new seasoning a month or two back while in Puerto Rico and have really enjoyed it. ADOBO, made by GOYA. They have two different types, with and without pepper. It adds a very different flavor to meats. Give it a try, I found it locally in the Hispanic section of the grocery store.

All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

Adobo works on EVERYTHING. Chicken, chorizo, steaks... You name the meat, and Adobo makes it better :)

My mom used to yell (loudly) at me for putting it on my eggs. "YOU'RE GOING TO RUIN YOUR FOOD!"
