Are strawberries really and truly good for you?

They're very good for you. Lots of Vitamin C and fiber. They're also a mild anti-inflammatory.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

Some wild strawberries in the mountains here, wild raspberries are easiest to find.

The wild strawberries are plentiful in MN... along with blueberries, raspberries and yummy goose berries.

Ground zero for strawberries here in Central CA.

They are in season right now. We get them from a small vendor in Rio Linda. The strawberries are absolutely wonderful!

We're drowning in them, after 9 weeks dry sunny warm weather, seems they liked that, cheap as chips in the shops here now, or pluck your own from the growing gardens most here have ;)
    Whipped cream, and strawberries, yummy....
