I had some fresh bacon drippin's in a cast iron skillet so, I sliced up some white onions and sauted them and then placed 2 well seasoned Black Angus Rib-Eye steaks in the pan and, fried them; wasn't the irst time, won't be the last.
Forget about Filet Minon wrapped and broiled in bacon, this is the way to go.

Filet Mignon is overrated. It may be tender but it lacks flavor. Give me a nice bone-in rib eye any day.
