I prefer my bacon as a side to my scrambled eggs, or in a bacon, lettuce, and tomato or club sandwich. I can get one at Subway that isn't bad.

I've complained before that processed meats in the USA, including bacon, always seem to contain sugar so the addition of chocolate might just suit some people.
This'd be another interesting use for bacon though:
