    CAKE

    Camille’s Chocolate Cake

    1 Yellow Cake Mix
    1 Large Instant Chocolate Pudding
    4 Eggs
    1 Cup of Oil
    1 Cup of Water
1 Bag of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Mix first 5 ingredients for 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan on 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    Frosting

    ½ Box of powdered sugar
    ½ stick of butter
4 squares of semi sweet chocolate
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    About ¼ cup of milk

Chop up chocolate squares and melt in a large bowl in the microwave. Stir until completely melted. Add butter and stir until butter is completely melted and blended. Add vanilla and then add powdered sugar (mixture will be crumbly at this point). Gradually add milk and stir until smooth. The amount of milk can be varied for the desired consistently of the frosting. I put the frosting in a large zip lop bag and snip off one corner. Frosting can then be drizzled over the warm cake. Any excess frosting, I just put in the middle of the cake for those who like extra frosting!

Mama made a great cake using Raisin Bran.
Unfortunately the recipe died with her.
