Not a Mexican beer fan at all. If I MUST drink one, I can deal with Bohemia, or a Modelo dark, but other than that, it's all terrible. While I'm really not fond of Corona or Pacifico, the WORST Mexican beer I've ever had has to be Tecate. No, it just tastes like like horse piss. It gets its name from its city of origin. I used to haul truckloads of it from a yard about 200 feet from the border to Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM on a pretty regular basis.
But, as bad as Tecate is, it's not the worst Mexican beer--that honor goes to Sol. Try it some time and you'll agree. Just don't let any Mexicans see you drinking it; like Corona, they consider it as strictly a beer for women.
