    Winter Barbecue

I grilled a few steaks on the outdoor charcoal stove last night. It was in the 20's and winds were gusting hard. I like to barbecue. I enjoy it both in summer and in winter and even in snow. Barbecueing is not just for summer.

Anyone else out here enjoy barbecuing out in the cold ?

REAL men don't BBQ at all. REAL men eat their meat raw. Snort.
All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

In Eagleswood (southern Ocean County) the mosquitoes, horseflies and green-heads are so thick the only time you CAN have a BBQ is in winter!

Real men grill over charcoal... and don't give a tinker's damn what other people think about whether or not they're "real" men.

Coldest temps I have ever fired up the grill in was around 10 below zero.

Not really gonna do that again.

Well I gotta hand it to you. BBQ-ing at 10 below is quite a feat.
