    Zulu or UTC is 5 hours ahead of EST so that makes it 11pm EST for me. I have a feeling you guys mean 10pm EST.

    Or 01:00 UCT. Yeah, that works for me too. The grey line is just about on top of me now so 40m should be opening soon. My rig is already tuned up for 7200, all mighty 100 watts of it.

    Daylight saving

    UTC does not change with a change of seasons, but local time or civil time may change if a time zone jurisdiction observes daylight saving time or summer time. For example, UTC is 5 hours ahead of local time on the east coast of the United States during winter, but 4 hours ahead during summer.
