I got this unit by way of auction on eBay
The plan is to use it to run audio from my PSK interface, my Auto-ID'er and, my Microphone. The output will go to my radio (IC-706MKIIG) through a RJ-45 plug.
Has anyone had any experience with something like this?

Yes. Not that particular model.
Wind toroidal chokes on both ends of each cable used. This is a must as the audio units not originally intended for an RF environment are prone to pick up the RF and add it back to the audio and cause feedback.

Yes, and you have just enough inputs to do it, without mods. Use one channel (left or right) and don't use the phono inputs. You may have some fun keeping RF out of things, but fire it up, that can be fixed later.
For not much more money, a new Behringer Xenyx 502 can be had, a mixer that I use and recommend.
