    i have worked construction in NJ, NYC, SC, and GA. the only time i worked with any felons was on a job in Harlem in NYC.
    they were hired on work release by a local neighborhood orginzation as laborers.

    Same here in CA where I've worked as a construction plumber. No ex-felons, just a high proportion of bigoted rednecks.

    And Rudy, what's a class A-M CDL? I've never heard of such a thing and I've been driving trucks off and on since the Seventies. My own CDL is Class A with T and X (tandem trailer and tanker/hazmat) endorsements.
