All the world’s a stage, but obviously the play is unrehearsed and everybody is ad-libbing his lines. Maybe that’s why it’s hard to tell if we’re living in a tragedy or a farce.

Okay, then tell us about your job. You've said here you're a mathematician; how does that work? Are you part of a university staff or do you work in "the private sector," as they like to say?
