We ran across the grave a couple years ago. It's (indeed) in Custer State Park. Backroad that's a few miles of gravel, but traveled every day. No history known, but ran across this recently on a geocaching site:

Gives a little history, but no real details of "Baby Mann."
What surprised me was the flowers, etc. (pic taken last week). 1902 was a long time ago. Maybe we're not the barbarians we pretend to be?
