Sort of happened to me on my last job. They took me out of the dispatch chair to give it to the guy who was sleeping with the boss's daughter. Pissed me off.

I won't work for anybody that employs family. Been there, done that and not doing it again.
I am quite comfortable working for a company that doesn't allow me to hire two people from
the same family. If nothing else it keeps me from losing multiple people when they want to go on
a family vacation although that is the least of it.
