    What is all that buzzing in the video before the truck tipped ? Was the video taken from a radio controlled helicopter or something ???? Did they expect this to happen ?

    That noise was a species of bug, similar to the cicada.

    For some reason the brakes were not working or not applied, perhaps there was something in the road and they could not avoid it?
