Why do we place just a premium on how people choose to live their lives? I know a 6'0" man who weighs 388lbs.. we dined together a few nights ago and instead of ordering a salad, he ordered a 16oz porterhouse steak. Why not arrest him? Frankly, his death will likely be much slower and clog the health care system much more than a junkie who ODs..
